All you need is a device to log into zoom, a yoga mat and yourself (and maybe a waggy tail might want to join to?).

The style of yoga I teach is Ashtanga Vinyasa. Why? The primary series (poses) was created to remove any obvious physical issues that may prevent you from having a healthy body and is known for its therapeutic benefits in the human body.

Vinyasa is a style of yoga that is characterised by stringing postures together so that you move in from one to another, seamlessly, by using the breath.
